Intro to Ballet
This session is ideal for beginners interested in ballet but not yet ready for a full workshop. It covers basic upper body placement, ballet terminology, and class structure. If you've mastered these fundamentals, consider the Beginner class instead, as this session may become repetitive with frequent attendance.
Pre Pointe/Pointe 1

This class is designed to help you strengthen your feet and ankles, and improve your feet for all styles of dance.

There will be 30 Min ankle strengthening followed by 30 Min pre-pointe/Pointe barre exercises.

Designed for all levels Beginner (Graduates) through Advanced.
*Pointe shoes not required
Pointe 1/Pointe 2
A dedicated 30 minute class for students who are en pointe.
*Please come warmed up.
*Level will vary depending on students in attendance.

This class will include a combination of ballet barre exercises and Pilates mat in a cardio flow format to give you a great workout.

This class is designed to pair with your other classes for strengthening, flexibility, and injury prevention, as well as wellness.
*no jumps, or grand pliés in this syllabus
*you may bring your own yoga/pilates mat if desired
Beginner Ballet (Graduates)
This class is designed for graduates of the Beginners Guide to Ballet Workshop with 6 months to 3 years of experience, providing a steady-paced environment to reinforce and refine their ballet skills. The class follows a traditional ballet structure with a focus on mastering ballet and center terminology, offering ample opportunities for corrections and improvements.
*Workshop graduation not required, if you have previous ballet training
Intermediate
This Intermediate class is for dancers with 3 or more years of consistent ballet training, designed to build upon a strong foundation and advance technique. It offers a faster pace, focusing on complex combinations, increased strength, and refined artistry. Dancers should be proficient in ballet terminology and execution, from plié to advanced jumps and turns.
Pilates, Conditioning, or Yoga
These classes are for all levels and will include great stretching and strengthening for all levels. We promise that doing this type of work will not only improve your dancing, but how you feel in everyday life!
Variations
We will learn traditional choreography from famous ballets in this class. For all levels. We will do a short warm up and jump right in for a brain/body challenge! You'll get a feel for how hard these famous pieces are, but also how accessible the choreography can be!
Advanced Beginner
This class is ideal for students who have consistently taken Beginner classes for at least 6 months to 3 years, offering a faster pace and requiring a solid grasp of ballet terminology from plié to grand jeté. Dancers returning after a long break should contact us before registering to ensure the class is a good fit.
Rotational
For all levels! Explore our exciting Pop Up Classes, offered on a rotational basis! Dive into a variety of dance styles like contemporary and jazz, or strengthen your core with Pilates. Classes will vary depending on demand. Each session brings something new, so stay tuned for the latest class offerings! Click here to view the anticipated schedule.
Jazz, Contemporary, or Lyrical
Come get a great workout for your brain and body! This class will be for all levels and include a great warmup, some across the floor basics, and a challenging combo in the featured style, in the center.
