Nutcracker Performance:

Details and Payment Options

Children enrolled in classes this semester will be learning choreography in their regular weekly classes, regardless of whether or not they choose to perform. Participation in the Nutcracker performance is completely optional* — students are welcome and encouraged to take class even if they do not wish to be in the show. We aim to make this performance opportunity a fun and low-pressure experience that celebrates your child’s progress.

*Children must attend at least 10 weeks of class in order to perform.​

Children will have their own designated dressing rooms at the venue and will be able to watch the portion of the performance in which they are not dancing. This creates a fun and inclusive backstage experience while still ensuring students are safely supervised and ready for their moment on stage.

Payment options:

Option 1: All-Inclusive Fee

• Total paid-in-full: $140.00

• Optional Payment Plan: $48 (Due 9/30), $48 (Due 10/31), $46 (Due 11/30)

• Includes:

  • Optional Dress Rehearsal in-studio (Date & time TBD)

  • Required Dress Rehearsal at performance facility (12/5)

  • Performance t-shirt

  • Printed program

  • Professional video of performance

  • Day-of still photos

  • 2 audience tickets (valued at $27.50 each)

• Costumes not included

Option 2: Performance Fee Only (No Tickets)

• Total paid-in-full: $85.00 (example)

• Optional Payment Plan: 1 payment of $45 & 1 of $40 (Due 9/30 & 10/31)

• Includes all of the above except tickets (sold separately)

• Costumes not included

 

*No Classes Saturday December 6th! (Show day)

*Children taking two classes per week may have the opportunity to perform in one or two routines, depending on registration and class makeup. Any student performing in a second routine will receive it for a discounted rate of $50.
